Running project
Castrations in themselves are always sustainable, this is undisputed. But what is even more important is that a project that has been started is continued and further developed!
Since castration projects only make sense in the long term, we will of course continue the project in 2024 in collaboration with Arche Noah Kreta eV / Veterinary Pool.
Project development
Mangalia is the port city on the Black Sea and the destination of many local seaside vacationers. As in almost all southern and eastern holiday countries, stray dogs and cats are part of the street scene. They are ignored by many tourists, fed by some and left to fend for themselves outside of the holiday season.
Motivated by our successful project in Agnita, we decided to also develop a castration concept in Mangalia.
The need for castration campaigns is great, but there is a lack of helpers, veterinarians, equipment, materials and suitable rooms to carry out professional operations.
For this reason, we will now take matters into our own hands and campaign for permanent castration campaigns in Mangalia.
