Child poverty is widespread in Romania

"WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE SHOULD NOT STOP YOU FROM MAKING CHANGE

WITH WHAT YOU HAVE!” Bill Wilson

Children are most at risk of poverty in the EU. One in five children in Europe is affected. In addition to children, many adults are of course also at risk of poverty.

Several million children in Romania are growing up in poverty. Children don't have a lobby, and poor families certainly don't. More and more often, those affected remain in isolated neighborhoods, without good schools and sufficient social support. Real poor settlements.

Almost all children come to school with holes in their pants and growling stomachs. A normal breakfast is now something special for many children.

Many children from socially disadvantaged families are very aware of their situation. Teasing is the order of the day. Poverty is expressed not only by a lack of financial resources but also by frustration and the feeling of belonging to a left-behind part of society.

One in four children leaves school without mastering a minimum of cultural technology: they are therefore not even able to do unskilled work. Ascending trend.

A declaration of bankruptcy for society.

Maybe we were able to touch your heart today and you see an opportunity to support us.

This is about children and a new opportunity! An opportunity for more than just support and training. A chance for LIFE!
