Many children from low-income families face the same fate as their parents.
They cannot reach their potential because they never get the chance and cannot escape their social environment.
The bad start in life often results in school dropouts, unemployment, legal conflicts and renewed poverty.
We must not forget the children in the homes; they need love, care and patience. Their needs must be addressed actively; empty words will not help them.
